Award-winning students draw the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics

Primary and secondary school students from three of CITCM’s partner schools participated in a Europe-wide competition to draw the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Beijing. Thirty-four students were awarded certificates for their beautiful submissions. Their winning artwork will also be displayed in the Beijing Winter Olympic Village next year, for all athletes to enjoy and be inspired by.

Students were asked to create posters under the theme of the Winter Olympics, to pass on the spirit of “mutual understanding, friendship, solidarity and fair play”. The competition was hosted by the Centre for Language Education and Cooperation. Students from primary and secondary schools across various European countries were invited to take part.

Students from three of CITCM’s partner schools produced wonderful posters that illustrated the Winter Olympics. Two students were awarded Second Prize, nine students were awarded Third Prize and twenty-three students were awarded Excellence Awards.
